It's been two weeks that they don't allow withdraw

I cannot withdraw my capital, withdrawals are made and they do not appear, I have $3,055 dollars withheld there and they do not give the profits either, weekly I am supposed to be able to withdraw but it is not possible and there is no way to communicate with them, the emails bounce and the live chat no longer exists.
