According to the regulation, signed by me, Fxoro "does not offer financial advice or guidance to customers". Then this account manager (call center operator) Davide Antona of Fxoro acted illegally. For this reason I presented an official complaint to the Fxoro complaians who only offered me 12,000 euros and which I refused. I will submit an official complaint to the financial ombusfman of Cyprus if Fxoro does not refund my entire capital (21,000 euros).

Secondo il regolamento, da me firmato, Fxoro "non offre consulenze ne indicazioni di tipo finanziario ai clienti". Allora questo account manager (operatore di call center) Davide Antona di Fxoro, ha agito illegalmente. Per questo ho presentato reclamo ufficiale al complaians di Fxoro che mi ha offerto solo 12000 euro e che ho rifiutato. Presentero reclamo ufficiale al financial ombusfman di Cipro se Fxoro non mi rimborsera' tutto il capitale (21000 euro).
