Yesterday at dawn I took a duplicate of the balance I had due to a system error. And today I am trying to withdraw my own money and it bounces back. So they sent a statement to let me make withdrawals again. I need to refund the money that they duplicated by mistake and it was not my mistake, they are supposed to take the responsibility for that mistake.

el dia de ayer en la madrugada me llevo un duplicado del saldo que tenia por un error del sistema y ahora el dia de hoy estoy tratando de retirar mi propio dinero y me lo rebota entonces mandaron un comunicado que para que me deje de nuevo hacer retiros necesito reembolsar el dinero que ellos me duplicaron por error y no fue error mio, se supone que ellos deben responder por ese error
