I've consistently been bullish on gold's upward trend, and after multiple margin calls, I've held onto my position at around 3410. Last week, I reported my withdrawal to customer service, but they didn't arrive. This Monday, the platform sent me an email claiming I was engaging in cross-platform arbitrage, blocking my account and clearing all my profits. I have complete transaction and position records, and I haven't violated any regulations. I request a reasonable explanation and compensation from the platform.
