Can’t log in or withdraw

The system was closed directly on the night of Sunday. Can’t log in, let alone the withdrawal. Things got worse. The customer service replied that the system was upgraded automatically. But the account which I registered today can log in, deposit and withdraw. It’s just me who can’t log in?

周日晚上系统直接关闭，无法登陆进去，更不用说出金了，情况更恶劣，官网客服自动回复说系统在升级，但是我今天注册账户能够正常登陆出入金，难道就我的系统登录不进去吗
