Exposure

The exchange switched from forex, and until August 25th all trading operations were disabled. On August 25th I found out that the exchange was suspending its existence, as I understand it. To withdraw funds, they demand a tax in the form of 27 percent, which is also strange, as if they want to steal even more money from traders. I put in the withdrawal of funds, but they did not confirm the operation for a day. I ask you to deal with the situation. I attached screenshots of the chat and withdrawal of funds.

Биржа переходила с форекса, до 25 августа были отключены все торговые операции, а 25 я узнаю что биржа приостанавливает свое существование как я понял. Чтобы вывести средства требуют налог в виде 27 процентов, что тоже странно, как будто хотят украсть еще больше денег у трейдеров Поставил вывод средств, но они не подтверждают операцию уже сутки Пытался писать в поддержку, ссылаются на пост про 27 процентов налога, который раньше уплачивали сами Прошу Вас разобраться в ситуации Прилагаю скрины переписки в чате и вывода средств
