Dear WIKIFX, I have been suspended from my GOFX broker account around October 21, 2025, with allegations that were not specified in any "Terms & Conditions" document. I followed up through emails sent to the legal department about 2-3 times till today, October 30, 2025, but have not received any response. I am concerned that I might be at risk of being scammed by the broker as I still have money from my trades in my account, amounting to 2 slots, totalling approximately 942,510 USC or about 9,425 USD. I am not able to log in to my account to make any transactions because my account is suspended.

เรียน WIKIFX -ผมโดนระงับบัญชี เมื่อประมาณวันที่ 21/10/2025 จากโบรกเกอร์ GOFX ด้วยข้อกล่าวโทษ ซึ่งไม่ได้มีระบุในเอกสาร "ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไข" ด้วยข้อความหรือเนื้อหาใดๆเลย ตามที่เขากล่าวโทษมา หลังจากนั้น ก็ได้ติดตามผ่านอีเมลส่งไปถึงฝ่ายกฎหมาย ประมาณ 2-3 ครั้ง จนล่าสุดวันนี้ วันที่ 30/10/2025 ก็ยังไม่มีการตอบกลับใดๆ ผมจึงมีความกังวลว่า ผมอาจจะเสี่ยงที่อาจจะโดนโบรกเกอร์โกง เนื่องด้วยผมยังมีเงินที่ผมเทรดได้ค้างอยู่ในบัญชีเทรดจำนวน 2พอร์ต เป็นจำนวนเงินรวม ประมาณ 942,510usc หรือประมาณ9,425$ usd ซึ่งผมไม่สามาถ log in เข้าบัญชีของผม เพื่อไปทำธุระกรรมใดๆได้เลย เพราะว่าโดนระงับบัญชี
