The D prime platform provided inaccurate market quotes, resulting in substantial losses for users. We demand compensation!

Since October 17, 2025, I have deposited $5,000 into this platform for trading and have consistently incurred losses. During this period, I occasionally observed instances where market data failed to update, typically lasting between ten seconds and half a minute. I reported this to my account manager at the time and requested that I record screenshots as evidence should similar incidents recur, to be submitted for backend analysis and resolution. Last Friday (November 21), market data failed to update again, occurring at least three times within a short period, each lasting 10-15 seconds. Upon analysis, I observed significant price gaps on the M1 chart. This phenomenon was not limited to Friday's data; it was also present to varying degrees in all M1 data accessible via the M4 software. I captured screenshots as evidence at the time. Additionally, after identifying the issue on Friday, I immediately contacted my account manager. The response was that “the backend had been fixed,” yet price gaps persisted in subsequent market data. Subsequently, I submitted this issue through the D prime user center's ticket system and was told to wait for my account manager to contact me. As of now, these price gaps persist. Candlestick patterns form the fundamental basis for user trading decisions. Incorrect candlestick formations lead to erroneous market judgments. Given that the D prime platform provided trading services using flawed market data, I have reason to believe all previous losses stem from these erroneous data points. I hereby strongly demand that the platform refund all deposits totaling $5,000 made since October 17th.

自2025年10月17日起,本人在该平台入金5000美元进行交易,始终处于亏损状态。期间偶尔发现会有行情数据不更新的情况,持续时间一般为十几秒至半分钟的样子。当时与客户经理反馈过,要求再发生类似情况的时候录屏提供证据,以提交后台进行分析处理。上周五(11月21),再次发行情数据不更新的情况,短时间内发生过至少三次,每次持续时间10-15秒。经过分析,本人在M1分时图上,发现大量的行情跳空现象,此现象不仅在周五的行情数据中存在,在M4软件中,可查询的M1数据都不同程度在存在,本人当时已经截图保存证据。 另,周五发现问题后,本人第一时间与客户经理沟通,得到的回复是“后台已经修复”,但是之后的行情仍然存在跳空的情况。之后本人通过D prime用户中心的工单系统提交了此问题,得到的回复是等待客户经理与我联系。 截止现在,这种行情跳空的情况仍然存在。 K线是用户进行交易的基础形态依赖,错误的K线形态会给用户造成错误的行情判断结果,鉴于D prime平台用错误的行情数据为用户提供交易服务,本人有理由认为之前的亏损均由这些错误的数据导致,在此强烈要求该平台退赔本人10月17日至今的所有入金款项5000美元。
