I wish to file a complaint with the WikiFX Mediation Center (EMC) regarding a dispute with the broker CORNER FX, due to encountering a lack of transparency and non-cooperation in resolving the issue. I am genuinely unable to contact the support team. The official email address info@cornerfx.com results in a bounce-back (Delivery Failure – 550 5.1.1), and attempts to contact via LINE show messages are read but not replied to, with no assistance provided. Furthermore, I have discovered irregularities concerning fund routing, transaction history, and unclear trading data that cannot be retrospectively verified, especially during periods of gold price volatility, and I have not received any explanation from the broker. Based on these events, I believe CORNER FX lacks transparency, has no functional contact channels, and this has resulted in damages to me. Therefore, I request the EMC to please examine the evidence, coordinate, and proceed with mediation to protect user rights. I have attached all supporting evidence.
