On July 14, 2026, at 9:30 PM, I entered a buy position on XAUUSD before the US employment statistics were released. The profit margin on this position was poor, so I suspected a malfunction in the MT5 system and contacted them via chat, but the problem was not resolved. After exchanging emails later, the response I received was, "Your position was entered 55 minutes after the CPI! There is no problem with the system." This is a company that engages in deception and data manipulation, so all I can say now is that it's useless to contact them when there's a system malfunction. Even if the company is at fault, they won't admit it. Make sure to keep photographic evidence of everything, whether it's chat or email. I wasn't asking them to guarantee the profits I should have earned. That was unnecessary. I simply asked them to investigate because the MT5 system seemed to be malfunctioning at the time. This company couldn't even handle such a basic response. Incidentally, I saw the upward trend after the CPI and immediately requested assistance via chat. It's impossible for an entry to occur 55 minutes later. This is clearly manipulated data. I regret not taking photographs of everything, from the chat time to the content of the messages I sent. The attached documents are the falsified position I raised concerns about, and the chronological chart I drew and sent back to AXIORY Support at the time because they were trying to deflect the issue. I believe you can see from the falsified documents and the chart I sent back that AXIORY Support did not respond honestly. In truth, I was simply complaining about a system malfunction in MT5, and if they had dealt with it sincerely, I wouldn't have had to report it. However, I felt it was unnecessary to reveal that they are a terrible company that deceives its users as a whole, so I decided to report it here.
