On July 31, 2026, I deposited 100,056 yen in cryptocurrency and traded mainly XAUUSD on bitcastleFX. The gold buying position succeeded because the Fed's September rate hike expectations suddenly receded, and as of August 14, the account balance had reached 4,910,849 yen (with evidence). However, on August 25, I suddenly became unable to log in to MT5 and the management screen. bitcastleFX contacted me saying, "As a result of scrutiny based on guidelines, we have refused your withdrawal.\" But I had not made any withdrawal request at all... What? Withdrawal? When I pointed this out, bitcastleFX completely changed their tune and calmly corrected their explanation, saying, \"There was an error in part of our notification. This measure is based on your trading activity, not the withdrawal request.\" Trading activity? It's a convenient excuse with no specifics, a contrived reason. In other words, they fabricated a non-existent withdrawal request and claimed they had \"refused the withdrawal,\" but then they themselves admitted that the notification was false. Next, the amount they said could be withdrawn was only 100,056 yen, the same as the deposit amount. All profits were confiscated. And they persistently demanded submission of a Japanese domestic bank account information for the refund. Since the deposit was made in cryptocurrency, this response is also unnatural. It's the typical tactic of scam sites that demand one thing after another for a refund. By the way, as of now, no refund has been made for the deposit amount (100,056 yen) either. The Kanto Local Finance Bureau has issued a warning to bitcastle LLC as an \"entity conducting financial instruments business without registration." In the first place, the account was frozen based on a withdrawal that was never requested. On top of having 4.91 million yen in profits unilaterally confiscated, the reasons kept changing afterwards. Not even a single yen of the deposit has been returned. This is clearly a scam. To reduce the number of victims, you should absolutely avoid using bitcastleFX. The IB's Japan market representative seems to be in Japan, and we are providing information to investigative authorities such as the police and the Financial Services Agency. We are also reporting the situation to other relevant parties, including the domain hosting company and related financial institutions.
