Finowiz Fintech Limited appears at entry 61 of RBIs Alert List, whose displayed update date is 19 November 2025. The entry names finowiz.com. This Finowiz Fintech review, checked on 14 September 2026, also examines an FCA warning that explicitly lists the accessible website finowizprime.com. These are dated records, not new warnings issued today.
Does Finowiz Fintech Regulation Establish Authorisation in India?
The reviewed evidence does not establish Indian forex authorisation. RBIs list covers entities without the relevant forex or electronic-platform authorisation, as well as websites or entities appearing to promote unauthorised services. Its introductory text is not a criminal judgment about every listed business.
For an Indian resident, the entry is a reason to verify the exact entity and proposed service directly with RBIs authorised-person and platform records before sending money. RBI expressly says its list is not exhaustive; absence of a different domain would not establish approval.
The FCA Warning Names the Currently Accessible Domain
The FCA first published its FINOWIZ / FINOWIZ LIMITED warning on 23 March 2023 and last updated it on 2 June 2025. It says the firm is not FCA-authorised and may target people in the UK. Its website field includes finowizfx.com, finowiz.com and finowizprime.com.
That direct domain match matters: the connection does not rest only on a similar brand name. The FCA also says customers dealing with this firm would not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service or FSCS protection. These statements concern the UK framework; they should not be rewritten as an Indian court ruling.
An Account Complaint Mentions $3,600 in Equity
A WikiFX post by ias patal education alleges that a trading position exited automatically despite account equity of $3,600. The broker profile displays the review under 27 September 2025, and the original post includes user-uploaded images. WikiFX marks the contributor as unverified.
The $3,600 figure is claimed equity, not a verified amount stolen or a proven withdrawal refusal. The post does not establish the liquidation cause or account reconciliation. No broker response is visible on the original page checked. The allegation warrants records, not a finding of manipulation.
What the Website Says About Identity and Withdrawals
The accessible Finowiz Prime website names Finowiz Fintech Limited in its risk disclosure and displays registration number 229854. Checking the regulation Finowiz Fintech relies on requires matching the contracting company and permitted activity; a displayed company number alone does not establish a financial-services licence.
Its deposit-and-withdrawal page says processing time can vary with the payment method and verification status. That general statement does not resolve the account complaint or prove payment to any customer. Request the applicable account terms, specific processing deadline and payment reference rather than relying on promotional wording.
Conclusion and Four checks for Indian Readers
The RBI entry is directly relevant to India, while the FCA warning connects the brands domains to a separate UK authorisation warning. The account allegation remains unverified. Resolve those different questions with the documents below; a small test deposit would not establish legal authorisation or future access to funds.
- Match the contract, website and payment beneficiary to the exact legal entity named in the relevant records.
- Check RBI‘s authorised-person and electronic-platform sources for the proposed service, not only the broker’s registration number.
- For a disputed trade, retain order history, margin and stop-out settings, timestamps and account statements before drawing conclusions.
- If funds have already been sent, keep payment receipts, withdrawal requests and support correspondence; seek qualified help without assuming recovery is guaranteed.
