Process

The field team carried out a scheduled visit to Hong Kong to inspect the forex broker SBCFX, whose publicly listed office address is 49/F, Room 01, 99 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong.

A professional on-site inspection team, motivated by a commitment to rigorously protect investors' interests, traveled to Hong Kong according to a well-organized plan. There, they conducted an on-site inspection of the broker SBCFX based on the available information.

SBCFX's office is located in Sheung Wan, a key commercial district of Hong Kong. It is approximately an 8-minute walk from Exit E2 of Sheung Wan MTR Station. The surrounding streets are clean and wide, with heavy pedestrian traffic. Various shops, restaurants, banks, and retail outlets are distributed around the area, creating a bustling commercial atmosphere. Nearby landmarks include the revitalized Central Market, Don Don Donki supermarket, and the Mid-Levels Escalator connecting Central to the Mid-Levels, offering excellent accessibility and convenience.

The office is situated in “The Center", a Grade-A office building with large-scale architecture and multiple street-level access points. Building access is strictly managed. Visitors must register on the 6th floor before passing through the security gates to reach the elevators. The general environment of the building is clean and professional.

Upon reaching the elevator lobby of 49th floor, the directory indicated that rooms 4901-02 and 13 are occupied by Star Bridge Bullion Limited. At the entrance to Room 4901, the reception area displayed the company logo and “Star Bridge Capital Limited.” The reception was tidy and professionally maintained. Inside the reception area, the walls displayed business registration certificates and Type A registered person certificates for both Star Bridge Capital Group Limited and Star Bridge Bullion Limited, confirming that the two entities belong to the same group.

Based on on-site observation, the office appears to have approximately 10 rooms, with a well-organized layout that could accommodate an estimated 28 staff workstations. The interior is clean and orderly, equipped with standard office facilities. It consistents with the claimed operational scale and business activity.

From the inspection, evidence of SBCFX's occupancy—including external signage, lobby directory, and reception details—confirms the authenticity of its office operations.

Therefore, the field visit verified that SBCFX exists at the listed address and maintains a genuine operational office.
