The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Imperium Tower, which is located in the city center of Indonesia, surrounded by a bustling environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. Many financial companies are registered in this building. However, no company signage or related information for Marketswind was found outside the building.

The inspection personnel entered the lobby of the building and explained their purpose to the security guards or staff. After communication, permission to enter was granted.

They also could not find any prominent signage for Marketswind's office area, were unable to enter the interior, could not photograph Marketswind's front desk or LOGO, and the office area was not a shared office space.

From the lobby area, the inspection personnel could not observe the company's internal environment. The overall situation did not align with its claimed positioning of having an office presence.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Marketswind does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The investigation team went to Indonesia as planned to visit forex broker Marketswind. At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
