Process

The on-site inspection team went to Indonesia as planned to visit the forex broker OCTA. According to public information, its office address is Thamrin City Business Center 6th Floor, Suite 618, Jalan Thamrin Boulevard, Kebon Melati, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta - 10230.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly vet for investors, proceeded according to a meticulous plan to the target area in Indonesia. They conducted a physical verification of the broker OCTA, which claims to be located at this address.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the target building, located in the central business district of Indonesia with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information about OCTA was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby, stated their purpose to the security guard, and after communication, they obtained permission to enter. However, no company directory plate or its LOGO about OCTA was found inside the building.

According to the address information, the intended destination was Room 618 on the 6th floor, but the actual corresponding location was a hotel suite. As it was not the office area of OCTA, it was not possible to reach the specific floor and confirm the exact location, nor could entry into the company's interior be gained. Simultaneously, it was also impossible to photograph the reception area of OCTA. The premise was not a co-working space.

Judging from the situation of the hotel suite, It is clearly inconsistent with the office positioning of OCTA as a forex broker. Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker OCTA does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The investigator visited the forex broker OCTA in Indonesia according to the plan. At its public business address, no information such as the company name of this broker was visible, indicating that this broker does not have an actual business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
