The inspectors arrived at Nassima Tower, located on Sheikh Zayed Road in downtown Dubai, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. It is a luxury office building, but no company logo or related information was found outside the building.

The inspectors entered the lobby of the building and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.
