Process

This on-site inspection team went to Indonesia as planned to conduct a field visit to the forex broker RRFX. According to publicly available information, its office address is Ruko Soho Rodeo Drive Blok A No.20, Kel. Kamal Muara, Kec. Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara - DKI Jakarta 14470.

A professional and experienced site visit team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors, proceeded to the target area in Indonesia according to a well-planned schedule to conduct an on-site verification of the broker RRFX claiming to be located at this address.

The site visit personnel successfully arrived at the target location, which is situated in an industrial park near the border in Jakarta, Indonesia. The surrounding area consists of some commercial shops, with a generally average business atmosphere. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the corresponding building is a home furnishing store, not the company. No company signage or relevant information was found on the exterior of the building.

The site visit personnel attempted to enter the building. Since the building is a home furnishing store and not the broker's office premises, permission to enter was not granted.

Because it was impossible to enter the building, it was also impossible to reach the target floor, and even more impossible to confirm the condition of RRFX's office area. The front desk could not be photographed, and this location is also not a shared office.

Through the glass door of the building, what could be seen was displays of home furnishing products, not an internal company office scene. The overall situation does not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the site visit, it was confirmed that the broker RRFX does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator went to Indonesia as planned to conduct a physical inspection of the forex broker RRFX. At the publicly displayed business address, no information such as the broker's company name was visible, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
