The site visit personnel arrived smoothly at the target building. The building is located in a commercial complex in downtown Dubai, with many buildings inside and a strong commercial atmosphere around. However, no signage or relevant information of the company was found outside the building.

The site visit personnel entered the lobby of the building, stated their purpose to the security guard, and after a brief communication, obtained entry permission. However, no nameplate of Megacapitalt was found inside the building.
