The inspectors proceeded to the target area according to the address information and conducted a physical verification of the broker Topgrowth Futures, which claims to be located at Sahid SudirMan CenTer LT. 40 Jl. Jend. SudirMan Kav. 86 JakarTa 10220.

The inspectors successfully arrived at the target building. This building is located in a core area of Indonesia, is a super luxury office tower, surrounded by a bustling environment with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or relevant information of the company was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors came to the lobby of the building and explained their purpose to the security personnel. Due to having no appointment, after communication, they did not obtain permission to enter.

Because they could not enter the building, they could not reach the 40th floor, and thus could not determine whether Topgrowth Futures's office area had prominent signage or security measures. Due to the inability to enter, they could not photograph the reception area or its LOGO, and it was not a shared office.

Through public areas, they could not observe the company's internal environment and other conditions. The building has strict security, and overall, it could not be confirmed whether the company truly exists at this location.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Topgrowth Futures does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

At its public business address, no information such as the company name of this broker could be seen, indicating that this broker does not have a genuine physical business location.
