Recently, we have noticed questions and complaints raised on third-party platforms regarding CFD/MT5 trading, account reviews, and withdrawal-related experiences. Bitget understands users concerns about trading transparency, fund safety, and service procedures. To avoid misunderstanding, we would like to reiterate how Bitget CFD trading works, what trading behavior is accepted, and what types of order flow are not welcomed.
Bitget CFD operates under a Straight-Through Processing / ECN model. Orders are routed intelligently to external liquidity providers, including banks and institutional liquidity providers. Bitget CFD does not act as the counterparty to users trades. Trade execution depends on real market prices, depth, and available liquidity.
Bitget welcomes trading strategies based on genuine market judgment, including trend-following strategies, news trading, quantitative strategies, and high-frequency trading. As long as profits come from market direction, volatility, timing, or real risk-taking, such trading behavior is supported by the platform.
However, Bitget does not welcome abnormal order flow where the main source of profit comes from system structure differences, technical latency, account structure, or liquidity gaps rather than genuine market judgment. Such behavior may negatively affect liquidity providers pricing, widen spreads, reduce liquidity, and harm the execution experience of normal traders.
According to Bitget CFD trading rules, abnormal order flow may include, but is not limited to:
Market manipulation or wash trading
Trading between related accounts or across markets to artificially influence prices or inflate volume.
Latency arbitrage
Exploiting speed differences between price feeds or system updates to obtain near risk-free profits.
Gap trading or session exploitation
Concentrating trades around market open gaps, closing spreads, or extremely low-liquidity periods to profit from temporary structural price anomalies.
Abnormal leverage or risk-structure arbitrage
Using extreme leverage or artificially one-sided risk structures to exploit the boundaries of the margin mechanism rather than express genuine market judgment.
Cross-account structured hedging or order splitting
Using multiple accounts or channels to take opposing positions on the same asset, or splitting orders to bypass risk controls.
Other abnormal order flow patterns
This may include persistent asymmetric fills, repetitive patterns that clearly exploit system structure differences, or any toxic flow flagged by liquidity providers.
It is important to clarify that Bitget does not reject normal trading strategies as a category. The key standard is simple: whether the profit logic is based on real market value and risk-taking, or on system loopholes, structural differences, or circumvention mechanisms.
The vast majority of user orders are executed and settled normally. Only when abnormal signals are detected by the system or liquidity providers will a necessary review be initiated. During such review, Bitget may take temporary risk-control measures based on the actual situation, including further examination of specific trading activity, adjustment of leverage or margin requirements, or temporary withholding of relevant rewards or promotional settlements. These measures apply only to a small number of accounts or orders and do not affect the daily use of most normal traders.
If users have questions regarding accounts, orders, deposits, withdrawals, or review results, please contact Bitget through official customer service channels and provide complete information, including Bitget UID, order ID, trading records, fund records, and relevant screenshots. Bitget will never ask users to pay “taxes,” “security deposits,” “unfreezing fees,” or similar extra charges through private accounts in order to complete withdrawals. Users are strongly advised to verify all information through official Bitget channels and protect their account security.
Bitget remains committed to building a fair, transparent, stable, and sustainable professional trading environment. We welcome genuine, professional, and transparent trading behavior and will continue to improve execution quality, liquidity, and customer service.
