AC Markets is not regulated by any reputable financial authority. They claim to have a "Common Financial Service License" in the US, but this claim is unauthorized and raises significant concerns. As a trader, regulation is one of the most important factors I consider. If a broker is not regulated, it leaves me with no legal recourse if something goes wrong. The risk of fraud or malpractice is too high, and I would definitely avoid trading with an unregulated broker like AC Markets.
