Unable to do internal transfer of funds

My name is Vishal Modha. My IB number is IB333207. My registered email address with IPCAPITAL is william.anderson.4u@gmail.com & I'm an active user of Intelligence Prime Capital Services. I had applied for internal transfer of $150 USD from MT4 Account to my IPCAPITAL wallet on 19/02/2022. But still I've not received any amount to my IPC wallet. I am attaching herewith the screenshot of my MT4 Account which shows balance deducted. Up till I have taken help of my uplines to resolve this issue and as per their communication there were some technical issues also going on during this period. But my upline is unable to resolve this issue in a timely manner. So I request your good self to help me to get back my funds.
