Retiros no se reflejan en mi wallet de IPCAPITAL

el día 25 de marzo de 2022 a las 19:04 horas, se hizo un retiro de capital del MT4 a la wallet por valor de USDT1.650. quedando un saldo de USDT 384.67. El día 26 de marzo de 2022 se retiro ganancias al broker por valor de 101,33 de lao cuáles IPC debe descontar el 20% el día 27 de marzo de 2022 a la 21:56 horas se hizo una solicitud de retiro por valor de USDT 50, que luego registro cómo rechazada, pero sin reintegro del dinero a la wallet. Tienen en Común estás tres situación que el dia 28 ya no había dinero en mi Wallet personal de IPCAPITAL, registrando USDT 0. No registra ni el retiro de capital, ni el reintegro del retiro rechazado, ni las ganancias de las últimas semanas. Además, no me permite retirar mi dinero a la billetera de mi cuenta cripto, por lo que debo pedir autorización para retirar mi capital. solicito poder lograr que los dineros aparezcan en mi registro y enviados mi wallet de kucoin o binance, para poder hacer uso de ellos...
