I can't withdraw my profits or my capital

After 3 weeks, the brokers has generated profits but it has not been possible to withdraw nor the capital. There is no direct communication with anyone, they removed the support chat and the emails they give us. It is a very clear alarm that it is a scam. When I try to withdraw, I am rejected and what I try to withdraw is not returned. It debits me from MT4 and it is not reflected in the broker.

Tras 3 semanas el Brokers ha generado ganancias las cuales no ha Sido posible sacarlas, tampoco deja sacar el capital. no hay comunicación directa con nadie, quitaron el chat de soporte y los correos que nos dan rebotan. Es una alarma muy clara de es un Scam. Cuando intento sacar se me rechaza y no se devuelve lo que intento sacar. Me debita del MT4 y no se me refleja en el Broker.
