I made a withdrawal from my MT4 account to my internal wallet 2 weeks ago. The platform fell for a moment and in the end the money was lost. It never appeared again and on April 2 I made a withdrawal of $300 that was not approved either and it is still in pending, IPC has not paid for 3 weeks
