1. Withdrawal Not Processed: I submitted a fund withdrawal request over 72 hours ago, but the funds have still not been credited to my account. Spread Changed Without Notice: The spread offered during account opening has now changed without any prior notice or communication. This has directly affected my trading experience and planning. 4. No Response from Dubai Management: I have made several attempts to reach out to your Dubai office, explaining my issues in detail.
