unable to get refunded for my initial capital

Due to system upgrades, confirmed breaches, introduction of master C, to mitigate the circumstances I have not been able to do any transfers..withdraws..tradings or whatsoever due to these excuses but me as a person in general I want to put all this a side and get refunded I am not interested in being on the platform anymore but rather leave it for whoever is benefiting in it. all I need is my money refund I can leave the profits for the company since I haven't enjoyed any at all. but I really need my money regardless,, please help me on this.
