Make Capital, a fraudulent platform, lures investors with the promise of high leverage but refuses to process withdrawals after they make a profit. I deposited funds and began trading on July 14, 2026; the platform offered ultra-high leverage of 2000:1 for positions under $500. I placed a trade with a set take-profit level during the release of key US CPI data that evening. Due to significant market volatility, the trade quickly hit the take-profit level and closed. Shortly thereafter, I was notified that my trading privileges had been suspended and was required to submit a video of myself holding my ID card. Later, I was told that a further review would take 20 business days. After waiting a full month, the platform claimed I had engaged in "irregular trading"—citing arbitrage, risk-free trading, abusive trading practices, and high-leverage full-position trading. Yet, I had invested real capital; if I had lost that principal, would that not have constituted a risk? My trade had a set take-profit level, the market genuinely reached that level, and the platform executed the automatic take-profit—how does that constitute arbitrage? The high leverage was provided by the platform itself, and there was no explicit rule prohibiting trading during data releases. Furthermore, the platform immediately modified its dynamic leverage policy following this incident. It is evident that the issue lay entirely with the platform, yet they arbitrarily accused me of irregular trading and refused to release my funds.
