Hello, I am a client of DEC, surname Zhang. I have been trading forex for about five or six years. I had only heard about black platforms but never encountered one before. This experience has really broadened my horizons. I saw information about DecodeGlobal online and opened an account and deposited funds. On April 20th, from noon until around 11 PM, I continuously placed orders. The entire process was done using just one mobile MT5 app. Because several previous accounts had blown up, I was particularly reckless and kept pressing the order button. Initially, I deposited $8300 into the account to trade gold, and losses reduced it to only $2000. Because the positions were quite heavy and I saw it was almost gone, I closed all positions. Then, I added another $15000 and continued recklessly, frantically pressing the order button. The account, which had the remaining funds from previous blow-ups plus the later deposited $15000, totaled $17000. The maximum floating loss exceeded $10000. The account was constantly under 100% margin, all red, and even had 4 positions forcibly closed. Later, I stubbornly held on and managed to recover, even making a profit of $19000. Yet, this Decode platform still says I violated rules, claiming I didn't place manual orders and accusing me of spread arbitrage. I immediately sent them the observation password. The history and equity curve are clear; every order was placed via mobile trading. The account was either about to blow up or had positions forcibly closed. Then Decode still said I violated rules but never mentioned why I violated them. I repeatedly asked why I violated the rules, and they just kept saying it's confidential. Later, they even sent a so-called Decode Australia headquarters mediator to add me on WeChat. He immediately started negotiating about the profits, and I directly disagreed. Then another so-called third-party independent investigation kept delaying me. And today, they told me again that they still judged it as a violation. I asked again why it was a violation, and the original reply was: "This trading investigation cannot be provided to you. It is for regulatory checks." I'm fed up with this platform. If I lost, they definitely wouldn't refund it. After risking my life to earn a bit of money, they just say you violated rules. My account observation server: DecodeGlobal-Server
