Is 9Cents a regulated broker?

Unfortunately, 9Cents is not regulated. This concerns me a lot as an investor. I prefer to trade with brokers who are under regulatory supervision because it adds a layer of trust and security. When brokers are unregulated, I feel that there’s no one ensuring they follow good practices, which makes trading riskier.
