Hello, I have funds stuck in my Uee/meta trader 5 account. I was approached my a lady called Chen and spent months building my account up. When I can to withdraw I was told I need to pay 30% on my funds. Chen is now “unavailable” and the customer service email or WhatsApp doesn’t reply. Please any help would be appreciated on these funds can be recovered.

Uee International. Trying to communicate with uee International by phone, email, website chat doesn't work no customer services. I am struggling to get any response other than you have to pay a one off payment of $3000 to activate a withdrawal code. They now request a International 5% tax to be paid before money is released of $15,000 before you can withdraw. Please can you help me to resolve this so I can get my money back and close the account.

At first I tried to withdraw money after investing. But after 2-3 times of withdrawal the agent or the broker says we have a limit for withdrawal. Now the broker does not take my calls or answer on WhatsApp.I even asked for a written confirmation or a set of rules where its written that there is a limit for withdrawal but the broker does not have an answer to it.If I try to withdraw the money the money is transferred to this UEE international limited instead of transferring to my bank account. (This was when I could contact the broker) The broker says I need to upgrade my account to VIP for unlimited withdrawals for which I will have to invest $50000.The website is ueeforex.net and CRM: user.ueeforecx.netPlease help me resolve this so that I can get my money back.And after that I would also like to close the MT4 account with UEE international Limited.Looking forward for your help to resolve my problem.Thanks in advance.

I am unable to: (1) transfer/withdraw all my money from my trading account to my private bank account. (2) close my MT4 trading account with Uee International Limited. (3) get in contact with customer service (there is no reaction on all my emails I sent to service@ueexfx.com) also the chat function on the website or customer portal is not working). (4) access the website (unfortunately https://www.ueexfx.com is no longer working).(5) get in contact with the organisation by phone. The (female) account manager (she doesn't answer the phone or whatsapp).Please help me to resolve this, so I can get my money back and close the MT4 account with UEE International Limited.Many thanks in advance

I'm able to deposit fund of USD2.5K, however not able to withdraw my fund. I put in my fund withdrawal request on 2 Feb, however, it appears as withdrawal status 'in review" in the platform and no progress at all since then. I have contacted the agent/customer services on this issue but no response. Customer services/agent disappeared all of sudden and cannot be contacted at all after i asked about my withdrawal request. I have emailed to support (support@ueexyz.com) and called the company's phone number ( 0044 2084 323 088) that made available on their website but either no reply or no answers. How can i resolve this? Please help as i want to get back my hard earn money.

You can only deposit, but you won't be able to withdraw your money. I applied for withdrawal last Dec. 11 and 14, 2020, I have been waitin g for a month but I still haven't received them. Their customer support even told me before that withdrawal process only takes 12 hours, what a big scam!
