On September 30, 2022, there was a severe slippage under my trading account # 49243039.TRhere was a severe slippage on USD/JPY and my trade was badly affected.Below is the order ID:Order ID # 66041246 (loss $14.31)Order ID # 65854430 (loss of 24.68)I did not include the other losses because I assumed part of the slippage but the above order ID are unacceptable.I expect that Exness will make a refund on this blunder and make immediate action.I already raised this complaint to Exness but 16 days had passed and no action taken.
